Spent a fun morning in the kitchen today making a tasty lunch:
Spaghetti with tomato sauce
Braised eggplant topped with onion, plum tomatoes, basil and parsley
Whole-grain french baguette split lengthwise and spread with butter and smashed garlic
Mexican chocolate pudding made with tofu instead of milk, a combination of bittersweet and semisweet chocolate, cinnamon and chili powder.
